Early detection of colorectal cancer (CRC) leads to better patient care and improved survival rates, as well as less invasive, less expensive treatment.  

Bracken County Health Department is proud to partner with Primary Plus - Bracken County to offer their patients a FREE non-invasive colon cancer screening for persons age 50 to 65 years old.  Contact your doctor for more information.    

If you are not a patient of Primary Plus and would like to get a FREE OC-Light FIT Check, please call 606-735-2157 to get a colon cancer screening referral form sent to your doctor to complete. Restrictions Apply.
